In rubber production, products such as latex, rubber compound, and slurry have high viscosity, are prone to adhesion, and can easily block pressure taps. Conventional transmitters with pressure taps are highly susceptible to blockage and failure, necessitating the selection of a cavity-free flat diaphragm + sanitary diaphragm structure.

1. Core pain points of rubber viscous medium

High viscosity adhesion: The adhesive tends to stick to the pressure tap and block the hole after curing.

Containing solid particles: carbon black, fillers, etc., which are prone to deposition and cause the core to jam.

Regular cleaning is required: high hygiene standards necessitate disassembly, cleaning, and disinfection.

Significant pressure fluctuations: The extrusion and mixing processes involve strong pressure shocks, necessitating resistance to vibration and shock.

1. Pressure-free flat diaphragm design (key to anti-blocking)

The measuring end has no pressure tapping hole or chamber, and the diaphragm is flush with the end face, leaving no space for viscous adhesive to accumulate, thus eliminating blockage from the root cause.

Extruder head, filter screen front and rear → choose flat membrane without pressure hole + high temperature resistant type, anti-blocking + high temperature resistant melt.

For the mixer and reaction kettle, we recommend selecting hygienic diaphragms and anti-vibration models to handle high viscosity and high impact.
